Children's and Families Pastor

Christ Church Clifton is dedicated to creating a nurturing environment where children can grow in their faith and families can find support and encouragement.
As our new Children’s and Families Pastor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and developing our ministry for children aged 0-11. You will ensure excellent provision for children during our main Sunday morning gatherings, support parents in their role of raising children in the Christian faith, and explore opportunities for outreach and mission within our local community.
In return, we offer you the chance to be part of a supportive and dynamic staff team, to work alongside a team of committed volunteers and opportunities for personal and professional growth. The salary is in the range £27,300-£32,500, alongside a generous pension and a flexible working week (which will include Sundays).
Ideally we are looking for someone full-time, but we are open to discussing part-time and flexible options with the right candidate!

Buildings Manager
Full-time, flexible hours, 1 year fixed term contract
£29,963 pa
We have identified the need for a new role within our close-knit Staff Team who will become a key person in maintaining our beautiful Grade II* listed building and other properties.
We are seeking a Church Building Manager who is able to work flexibly around the needs of our buildings. This role will work closely with the Operations Manager and the Church Executive Assistant to ensure that our buildings are properly maintained and utilised in a proactive manner. This role will also be supported by the PCC’s Buildings Team. This role will be filled by someone who has a gifting for practical support and has a passion to support a church.
You will become a point person for the maintenance of our buildings. This covers all aspects from general upkeep of the buildings to dealing with the Quinquennial Inspections (every 5 years).
You will report to the Operations Manager and work mostly from the main Church Building, but you may also spend time in the Church Office. Due to the nature and demands of this role you will need to be flexible with your hours over a full-time working week. You will work closely with the dedicated Staff Team and volunteers at Christ Church Clifton.
This is a fixed-term contract for 1 year.
