Last week, we faced the challenge of delivering 5,700 Christmas invites in 30 minutes during The 10. Well, thanks to you we were able to deliver almost all the packs last Sunday, with only a handful of streets still to do. Not only that, we’ve had loads of positive feedback about how enjoyable it was. One family wrote “...we wanted to say thank you for another wonderful service on Sunday … We loved delivering all the Christmas leaflets. The kids found it fun and we thought it was great to do something practical and positive around the parish”. So THANK YOU to everyone for taking part.

As I write, the church is getting ready for tomorrow’s Clifton Christmas Market, with stalls selling handmade gifts and crafts, as well as our Coffee Shop serving drinks and lunches, live music and much more. It’s tomorrow from 10am to 4pm. Your Christmas presents are sorted! Don’t miss it.

Christmas is coming!

(Just in case you hadn’t noticed)

All the details of our Christmas services and events are on our website at www.ccweb.org.uk/christmas. There are services for everyone, so do be praying about who you can invite and take extra fliers from church to pass on to family, friends and neighbours.

There are still lots of opportunities to get involved in Christmas this year, so check out the signup page at www.ccweb.org.uk/christmashelp where you can get involved in lots of practical ways from welcoming people at the Carol Services to serving food at the December Saturday Lunch Runs.
