Summer at Christ Church
The sun is shining, the kids have broken up from School, New Wine is only a week away; summer is definitely here! And starting this coming Sunday, our summer services pattern will see two morning services at 9am and 10:30am, with an evening service at 6:30pm. You can pick up a summer programme with all the details from Church on Sunday or download a copy here.
Summer Events
As well as our Sunday services, there are a number of events happening over the summer, starting this Sunday with a farewell picnic for Leighton and Catherine Carr after the 10:30am service. Please bring your own picnic and a rug or chair and join in the fun. Another picnic is planned for Sunday 14th August.

Saturday 20th and Monday 22nd August: It’s BIG Church Clean time - Come and get involved to help care for our wonderful building! Turn up anytime during either day. Contact Gay Sawyer via the office for more information.

22nd - 27th August: Emanuel Hospice are running a camp for bereaved teenagers in Romania. If you interested in volunteering please contact Susannah King via the office.

Monday 29th August: It’s the annual Bank Holiday Cream Tea outside Christ Church from 2pm to 5pm. Don’t miss it!
